HOA Board Meetings

Meetings are typically held in person the first Monday of the month at 9:30 AM. Board meetings are open to Members and Residents, and the meeting agenda is customarily available to the community just prior to the meeting. Members are afforded an opportunity to address the Board regarding an agenda topic during the Board meeting. Additionally, there is an annual Homeowner’s Association meeting held each September. Announcements and signage for all HOA meetings are provided to homeowners at least one week in advance.
